TURKPA participates in the 2nd International Conference of Leading National Analytical Centers of the OTS

On 16 September 2026, Acting Deputy Secretary General of TURKPA Mr. Bektur Bazakechov participated in the Second International Conference of Leading National Analytical Centers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), entitled “Enhancing Economic Cooperation across the Organization of Turkic States through Continuous Consultations and Joint Research,” held in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The conference brought together representatives of various state institutions, analytical centers, research bodies, and other organizations from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

The conference participants discussed prospects for enhancing economic cooperation, institutional mechanisms, and opportunities for joint research among OTS member states.

The event featured panel discussions on the Middle Corridor as a catalyst for regional integration and infrastructure-led development; trade and economic relations among OTS states, including current trends and untapped opportunities; and innovation for sustainable development, policy frameworks, and economic transformation.

The Acting Deputy Secretary General Mr. Bektur Bazakechov was accompanied by the TURKPA Research Expert Ms. Kamila Muzaffarli.
