On 2-4 July 2014 TURKPA Secretary General Mr. Jandos Asanov visited Shaki, Azerbaijan and attended 5th International Music Festival that was held in the town with the support of the Government of Azerbaijan and TURKSOY.
During his visit Mr. J. Asanov met with the Head of Executive of the Shaki city Mr. Elkhan Usubov, TURKSOY Secretary General Mr. Duisen Kaseinov and other dignitaries. Apart from attending the performances by musical ensembles, TURKPA Secretary General visited historic sites such as Khan Sarayi, two Karvansarays and Albanian Church in the village of Kish.
