TURKPA Secretary General is visiting Bishkek

On 7 November 2013 Mr Jandos ASANOV, TURKPA Secretary General held meetings with Mr. Kanybek IMANALIEV, Chairman to the Committee of International Affairs of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic and madam Urmat AMANBAEVA, Deputy Chairperson of the TURKPA Commission on Social, Cultural and Humanitarian affairs. The parties discussed the upcoming TURKPA activities and issues related to the interaction among parliaments of the TURKPA member countries. Mr J.ASANOV also met with Sultan RAEV, Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic. The parties agreed to explore possibilities of expanding information and cultural exchange within the TURKPA framework as well as holding of joint events.
