On 18-19 December, 2013 TURKPA participated in the PABSEC 42nd General Assembly which took place in Tbilisi.
The Session of the PABSEC General Assembly was opened by Mr. David USUPASHVILI, Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia. In his speech during the opening ceremony, TURKPA Deputy Secretary General Kürşad Melih Sarıarslan mentioned that cooperation between two organizations would further develop after granting TURKPA an observer status in the PABSEC in 2012.
On the margins of the 42nd General Assembly Mr. Sarıarslan held meetings with the delegations of Azerbaijan and Turkey to the PABSEC.
