TURKPA observation mission presented its statement on parliamentary elections in Turkey

TURKPA observers led by Mr. Ayaz Orujov, member of the Milli Mejlis of Azerbaijan, presented statement on results of the mission’s monitoring of repeat parliamentary elections held on 1 November 2015 in the Republic of Turkey. The mission informed Turkish mass media on its activities during election day in Ankara, as well as on the meetings before election day with high-level officials of the Supreme Election Board and Constitutional Court of Turkey. TURKPA International Observers Mission concluded that repeat parliamentary elections in the Republic of Turkey were held in compliance with the national legislation of Turkey and international democratic standards.
