TURKPA delegation participates in exchange program in Brussels

The delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-Speaking Countries (TurkPA) headed by deputy secretary general Mels Semgaliyev left for Brussels on November 8-13, 2010 to participate in an exchange program of the Office for the Promotion of Parliamentary Democracy (OPPD) of the European Parliament. The TurkPA delegation participated in the sessions and seminars of the European Parliament on activity of the permanent commissions, preparation of the draft budget, cooperation with international organizations.
