General meeting of the Union of Architects and Engineers of the Turkic World

The 12th General meeting of the Union of Architects and Engineers of the Turkic World was held in Ankara on 9th of February at the Gazi University. The event reviewed the activities of the Union in the past year and adopted important for the organisation decisions. Mr Mücahit Demirtaş, Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation of the Republic of Turkey, was elected and sworn in as the Chairman of the Union. TurkPA Secretary General Jandos Asanov attended the event and signed a Memorandum of Understanding between TurkPA and the Union of Architects and Engineers of the Turkic World along with the Chairman of the Union Mr Mücahit Demirtaş and Secretary General of the Union Mr Ilyas Demirci. J.Asanov conversed with Rector of the Gazi University Ibrahim Uslan and other persons.
