Graduated from Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport, and Architecture in 2003. In 2024, received a Master’s Degree in International Affairs at the K. Dikambaev Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

From 2006 to 2008 he worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, from 2009 to 2020 engaged in private business.

In 2021, he was elected as a deputy of the 7th convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for the Kadamjay electoral district.

He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security, and Migration of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
