Yrysbek Atazhanov was born on November 27, 1974 in Aidarken city, Kadamjay District, Batken Region.

Higher education:

1997 – entered the Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture;

2024 – Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic named after Kazy Dikambaev, specialty “International Affairs”, Master's degree

Employment:

From 2006 to 2008 - Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

From 2009 to 2020 - private entrepreneur;

In 2021, he was elected as a member of the VII convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic from Kadamjay Electoral District No. 3;

In 2025, he was elected as a Member of the VIII convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic from Electoral District No. 2.

Married, father of four children.
