2007 – graduated from Jalal-Abad State University, Faculty of Engineering;

In 2021, he was elected as a deputy of the 7th convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for the Naryn electoral district; Member of the Committee on International Affairs, Defence, Security and Migration.
