Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of KazakhstanGraduated from Marmara University in Istanbul, Department of International Economics in 1998. Сompleted advanced training at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan in Islamabad in 2003. Over the years, Talgat Aduov worked in senior positions in various state structures in the Republic of Kazakhstan.Served as Counselor to the Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2021. He was First Vice President of the non-profit joint stock company "Otandastar Qory" (Compatriots Foundation) from 2018 to 2020. Held the position of Deputy Head of the Prime Minister’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2017 to 2018. Worked as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of KazAvtoZhol National JSC from 2016 to 2017. From 2007 to 2016, he worked in the Presidential Executive office of Kazakhstan as a State inspector and Deputy Head of the Presidential Protocol Service department. Worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan as the Head of the International Economics Organizations department from 2006 to 2007. He worked as the head of the consular section and 2nd Secretary in the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Türkiye from 2003 to 2006. In 2006–2007, he held the position of 3rd Secretary in the Investment Committee in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. In 1998–2001, he held senior positions in the private sector.Holds Counselor II diplomatic rank and was awarded the “Yeren Enbegi Ushin” (for distinguished labor) Medal in 2012.In 2021, elected as TURKPA Deputy Secretary General.
