Graduated from the Baku Slavic University, Faculty of International Relations and Regional Studies in 2009.

Did an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and State Committee on Work with Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

From 2011 to 2021, held the positions of Secretary-Referent, Specialist at the Secretariat of TURKPA.

Since January 2021, has been working as HR and Archive Officer at the Secretariat of TURKPA.

From December 2022 to July 2024, held the position of Executive Secretary of Women Parliamentarians Group of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States.
