He graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences Department of History in 2003. He subsequently earned his degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics Department of Business Administration in 2017. He holds a master's degree in law (LL.M) from Istanbul Bilgi University, where he graduated with full scholarship. He received his doctorate from Istanbul Medeniyet University, Department of International Relations with a thesis titled “Pro-Poor Aid and Uneven Development: An Analysis in the Framework of Official Development Assistance.” in 2025.

He initiated his professional career in international trade in 2004, occupying various positions at prominent companies in Türkiye. His involvement with civil society organizations began with volunteer work, and he subsequently assumed the role of manager of the Istanbul Provincial Branch of the Turkish Red Crescent. 

He has published extensively in peer-reviewed academic journals.

In accordance with the resolution approved during the TURKPA Council of Assembly Meeting held in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan on 24 June 2022, he assumed the role of the Secretary of Commission on Legal Affairs and International Relations on 26 December 2022. He was re-elected to the same position at the Council of Assembly Meeting held in Astana, Kazakhstan on 12 June 2025.
