Born on November 2, 1976, in Satykey village, Kara-Buura district, Talas region.

Education:

2001 – Kyrgyz State National University, specialty: Jurisprudence.

Employment:

2002 – Commercial Director of the Representative Office of the Turkish company “Bayamtash LTD” in the Kyrgyz Republic;

2005–2007 – Senior Manager, Belgian company “KASI Training”;

2007–2009 – Director General, YAKAD LLC;

2009–2010 – Head of the Mobile Mechanized Detachment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic for Talas Region;

2010 – Elected Member of the V Convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic from the Ata-Jurt political party;

May 2014 – Deputy Leader of the Ata-Jurt parliamentary faction in the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;

June 2015 – Leader of the Ata-Jurt parliamentary faction;

2015 – Elected Member of the VI Convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic from the Kyrgyzstan political party;

October 25, 2017 – Elected Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;

November 28, 2021 – Elected Member of the VII Convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic from single-mandate constituency No. 20 (Manas);

November 2025 – Elected Member of the VIII Convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic from multi-mandate constituency No. 16; Member of the Committee on Finance, Budget, Entrepreneurship and Competition Development.
