Born on April 27, 1974, in Sopu-Korgon village, Alai district, Osh region.

Education:

1991–1996 – Agricultural Technical School of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, specialty: Agricultural Mechanization.

2000–2006 – Osh Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute, specialty: Physical Education Teacher.

2009–2012 – Osh Technological University, specialty: Accounting, Analysis and Audit.

2020–2023 – Osh Technological University, specialty: Power Supply.

Currently studying at the Faculty of Law, Osh State University.

Employment:

1996–2000 – Head Coach, Farmatsiya JSC;

2000–2003 – Head Coach, Karate Federation of Osh Region;

2003–2006 – Lecturer, Osh Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute;

2005–2010 – Coach, Youth and Children’s Sports School No. 2 (DUKFP-2);

2008–2009 – President, Karate Federation of Osh City;

2018 – Certificates of Merit from the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Osh Regional State Administration for contribution to road safety prevention;

2022 – Certificate of Merit from the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2023 – Honorary Citizen of Alai District.
