Born on May 3, 1966 in Kyzyl-Ata village, Ala-Buka district, Osh region.

1994 - graduated from the Kyrgyz Medical Institute, major-dental faculty

1997- graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University, faculty of Law

1983 - worker at Birlik state farm of Ala-Buka district.

He served in the ranks of the Soviet Army in 1984-1986.

1995-1999 - private entrepreneur.

2000-2003- Head of Trade affairs of "Sheker-Ordo" LTD, Kayindy city, Panfilov district;

2003-2005- Deputy director of the Bishkek branch of "Oshkratext" LLC, later director;

2005-2007- elected as a Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of the III convocation;

2007-elected as a Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of the IV convocation.

In 2007, became the Vice - chairman of the Jogorku Kenesh;

2011- Head of the state administration - governor of Jalal-Abad region;

2015- elected as a Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on the list of the "Kyrgyzstan" political party;

2021- elected as a Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for Ala-Buka electoral district #18;

From 2022, Chairman of the Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Subsoil Use and Industrial Policy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;
