Graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Faculty of Political Management, Department of International Relations in 2011. Received Master’s degree in History and Theory of International Relations at Azerbaijan University of Languages, Faculty of International Relations and Regional Studies in 2021 with honors.

From 2013 to 2021, held the positions of Assistant to the Secretary General, Specialist, Communications Officer at the Secretariat of TURKPA.

Since 2021, has been working as Legal Officer at the Secretariat of TURKPA.
