Graduated from Azerbaijan International University, Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences, specialty of Public Administration in 2003.

From 2004 to 2010, worked at the Azerbaijan-Türkiye Business Association (ATİB) and Azerbaijan-Türkiye Historical Research Fund (ATAF) as the Head of Administrative, Organizational and Financial Division.

From 2010 to 2014, worked at the TURKPA Secretariat as Secretary on Financial and Organizational Issues. In 2014 continued his work as Fund Administrator.

Since 2021, holds the position of Financial Manager at the TURKPA Secretariat.
