Message of the TURKPA Secretary General on the occasion of Novruz and Ramadan holidays

On behalf of the International Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA), and in my personal capacity, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to our brothers and sisters in the fraternal Turkic states and throughout the Muslim world on the occasion of the blessed celebrations of Novruz and Ramadan holidays.
Novruz symbolizes renewal, hope, and the awakening of nature. With roots deeply embedded in the ancient heritage of our shared Turkic civilization, it brings together the peoples of the Turkic world around the common values of unity, harmony, and brotherhood. Ramadan, in turn, represents a sacred period of spiritual reflection, compassion, and generosity, encouraging people to perform good deeds and to strengthen the principles of solidarity, empathy, and mutual support.
The meaningful coincidence of these two significant occasions reminds us that the spiritual values of the Turkic peoples are firmly grounded in a rich cultural heritage and in the enduring ideals of unity and solidarity.
May the uplifting spirit of Novruz and Ramadan inspire hearts with kindness and hope, guiding humanity toward peace, stability, and cooperation. On these bright and festive days, I sincerely wish all peoples of the world peace, prosperity, and well-being.
