We congratulate the 40th anniversary of the foundation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), the most significant monument of the honorable struggle of the Turkish Cypriot people on the basis of freedom, independence and sovereignty, and wish prosperity, peace and well-being to the TRNC, which is an observer member of TURKPA, and the Turkish Cypriots.
